- Excellent knowledge of project management and software engineering lifecycle method

- Experience with various Agile and DevOps tools - JIRA, Rally, GitHub, etc.
- Have good understanding on project metrics and KPIs, capability to analyze metrics analysis and arrive at inferences
- Experience in creating performance baselines and conduct analysis and derive inferences preferred
- Sound L4/L5, statistical Knowledge and experience in creating prediction models and organization goal setting process preferred
- Sound auditing skills
- Well versed with CMMI/ISO frameworks & standards and experienced in implementations
- Good understanding of SOC1, SOC2 frameworks
- CISA, Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
- CSM/PSM/SAFe Agilist/ICP-ACC/PMI-ACP certification is preferred
- Experience in excel macros and Minitab will be an added advantage
- Self-driven and proactive in driving successful initiatives
- Strong communication (oral & written), presentation, conflict resolution skills are good to have R&R
- Secondary Skills
- Drive the implementation of metrics framework and provide SME support in metrics
- Analyze metrics data using statistical techniques, create baselines and drive process improvements
- Conduct internal audits and identify potential delivery risks or issues and share with leadership
- Implement CMMI Level 4 and 5 practices in the BU and develop prediction models
- Provide required guidance to projects for external certifications like CMMI/ ISO/ SOC etc and support teams in implementation and drive results
- Provide process consulting to projects and conduct trainings for delivery teams
