**LOCATION**:
2nd Floor Parmanand Buiilding, above Khadims and Anand Bhandar, Right of cake Links, Nagpur, 440010.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelors (preferred).
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred)

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Strong communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Good analytical skills, expertise in MS Excel.
- Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach.
- Ability to listen and solve problems.
- Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm.
- Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Need to reach monthly target.
- Should be punctual about timings.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Hard-working individual.
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about courses.
- Answer customer questions about the courses or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer's requirement and close sales.
- Maintain records of enquiries.
