**Job Title: Tellecaller**

**Location: Aspect Integrated IT Pvt Ltd (AIITPL), Bharat Nagar, Nagpur.**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct 4-5 client visits daily to promote our services and establish strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sector.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present and promote our apprenticeship programs and NATS/NAPS services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
