**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the content team with on-ground operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, inventory, and shoot-related tasks. This role will be an integral part of the marketing team, providing essential support to maintain efficiency and quality in all styling and creative operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Logistics & Coordination**:

- Manage logistics for internal and external shoots, including arranging transportation and porters.
- Coordinate the pick-up and return of outfits, accessories, and props from stores, designers, and vendors.
- Handle the procurement of shoot essentials, including props, stationery, and other required items.
- Facilitate timely delivery and return of products between the warehouse, stores, and shoot locations, maintaining accurate records.
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors for props, transportation, and other shoot-related needs.

**Inventory and Reporting**:

- Conduct product quality checks before and after shoots to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain detailed records of returned products and provide timely updates to the team.
- Prepare and manage inventory lists for shoots and shipments.
- Oversee product packing and ensure proper handling and dispatch.

**Shoot Support**:

- Assist in on-ground operations during shoots, including product placement, arrangement, and styling setup.
- Ensure all logístical needs for shoots are met, from location preparation to equipment handling.

**Expense and Reporting Management**:

- Track and manage expenses related to styling, logistics, and procurement.
- Report operational costs to the marketing & finance team for budgeting and reconciliation purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is valued.
- Prior experience in a similar operations or logistics role, preferably in marketing, styling, or content production.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in basic tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
