- **Inbound Calls**: Respond to student queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with students to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record details of calls, including student feedback and follow-up requirements, in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for admissions, lead generation, or student interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Pay: ₹8,468.45 - ₹15,367.02 per month
