We are seeking a motivated **Telephone Sales Representative** to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone, introduce our services, and convert these conversations into qualified leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Clearly communicate the value of our services, including website development and digital marketing.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services is a plus.
- Goal-driven, with a positive attitude and high energy.
