**SALES COORDINATOR**

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales team excellence, optimizing performance and results.
- Efficiently schedule customer appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee the management of support materials to facilitate sales success.
- Respond to urgent communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meticulously process and verify orders for accuracy.
- Foster teamwork across departments for smoother operations.
- Maintain meticulous records and offer valuable insights through comprehensive reporting.
- Lead staff recruitment and training initiatives, ensuring a high-performing sales team.
- Optimize resource allocation through effective budget management. Innovate marketing strategies to attract potential customers.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- 2 or more years experience in sales.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
