**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Oversee all on-site activities, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other trade work.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Project Management**: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
