**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Referral Marketing Specialist. The Referral Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day tasks of driving patient referrals through market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Market research experience, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry
- Referral Marketing experience, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Marketing strategy experience, with knowledge of digital marketing tools and tactics
- Customer service experience, with the ability to provide exceptional service to patients and referring providers
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
