The Customer Relationship Executive - Call Center is a vital member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through telephone interactions. This role requires effective communication skills, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously, addressing a variety of customer needs and concerns.
Act as a friendly and knowledgeable representative of the company, building positive relationships with customers.

**Issue Resolution**:Listen actively to customer concerns, patiently gather relevant information, and work towards timely and satisfactory issue resolution.
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure complex issues are resolved effectively.

**Customer Feedback and Insights**:Collect and document customer feedback, suggestions, and insights to contribute to service improvements and enhancements.
Communicate valuable feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

**Maintaining Records**:Enter accurate and comprehensive customer information, interactions, and transactions into the call center system.
Generate reports and analyses to track call metrics, customer satisfaction levels, and trends.

**Communication and Follow-Up**:Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction after resolution of issues or completion of service requests.
Provide updates on ongoing service issues and relay information on new service offerings.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
