Hyderabad Telangana, India Home Experts Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- 3+ years in Quantity Surveying for civil and interior fit-out projects
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for civil and interior projects.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Develop detailed BOQs based on project drawings and specifications, verifying them for accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations for cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, including scope of work and pricing structures.
- Manage contract negotiations and provide cost analysis during procurement.
- Ensure timely certification of contractor and supplier bills.
- Reconcile material usage against the BOQ to minimize wastage and discrepancies.
- Validate claims and variations submitted by contractors and suppliers.
- Generate periodic cost reports for management, highlighting variances and forecasts.
- Conduct post-project cost analysis and recommend improvements for future projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams for accurate execution.
- Support in resolving contractual and commercial issues during the project lifecycle.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost control, and estimation.
- Proficiency in software tools such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and interior fit-out practices.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for dealing with contractors and vendors.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
