Cloud Admin

At ValGenesis, we are searching for a Cloud Admin to join our SaaS team in our Chennai Office. You will be essential to the smooth operation of the IT department Level-2 team supporting the customer hosting. Executing IT operational tasks will be your main duty to maintain the efficiency of the SaaS Support Services. Your contribution will be crucial to our IT operations' efficacy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Administration of Azure workloads, Windows, IIS, Linux, Docker, MS SQL Server, Terraform and Kubernetes
- Handling ServiceDesk Tickets, resolving availability, performance issues.
- Configuring the required monitoring metrics/parameters and set alerts.
- Backup and Restoration for Customer databases.
- Monitoring ASR replication status, performing BCP (ASR) to test agreed upon RPO and RTO
- Performing product installation in Prod and non-prod environments, configuring best practices.
- Generating Periodic/adhoc reports as requested by customers/auditors.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation /Diploma from Computer Science background or IT
- 3~5 Years experience
- Azure Administration certifications would be an added advantage.
- Should be flexible to work in 24x7 shift rotations and on holidays/weekends.
- Experience in administering Microsoft windows 2019/2022 servers.
- Experience in managing Active Directory (AD), Azure Entra ID, SSO
- Configure / add new services as necessary procedures.
- Experience in Azure workloads, Windows, IIS, Linux, Docker, MS SQL Server, Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Experience in Terraform, Kubernetes, Certificate Services, WAF controls, Github and Ansible
- Knowledge of ISO 9001& 27001 (ISMS) would add more value.
