**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- **Content Creation**: Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other creative content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- **Video Editing**: Create and edit short-form videos for social media engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and messaging.
- **Analytics & Performance Tracking**: Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies for better engagement.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms to build a strong online community.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and design innovations to keep content fresh and engaging.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva** (Illustrator and Premiere Pro are a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content strategies.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging posts, banners, and ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
