Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of records, including journal entries, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, following established accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare and process transactions
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain cash transaction records
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant data and documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Liaise with vendors to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & General Accounting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience (0.6-1 years ) in a similar accounting role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tax regulations and compliance

Proficiency in using Tally and MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Good English Communication skills.

Shift Time as per Indoneisa - 8.30 -4.30 am. Sat and Sunday off.
