**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- This is an essential position within the Ocean Engagement team. This position will help to ground the team by effectively completing the following daily tasks:

- Engage with ocean carrier Ecommerce contacts to request data for our customers
- Maintain the JIRA board ensuring that the CS PS and sales teams know the status of their requests at all times
- Manage the Ocean Network Mail box ensuring that work is distributed to relevant team members for action
- Configure the OI system to receive data from CM for requested connections
- Help with Data Quality tasks as assigned
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

***Skills Required Mandatory**:

- This position requires an understanding of Logistics and a desire to learn and be part of the Team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Knowledge of Supply Chain / Logistics preferred

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree (in supply chain preferred)
