Job Description

Sambodhi Research & Communications is a consultancy focused on creating high-impact knowledge for public accountability. We offer project management, monitoring and evaluation, and research solutions to governments, aid agencies, and philanthropic foundations across sectors like public health, nutrition, sanitation, renewable energy, and livelihoods.

We contribute to building a community of evaluators in South Asia through initiatives like the Community of Evaluators-South Asia and the South Asian Journal for Evaluation in Practice.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to gather relevant data.
  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights.
  • Preparing detailed reports summarising findings and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with team members to design research methodologies tailored to specific projects.
  • Presenting research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection techniques.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or business is often preferred.
