We are looking for a receptionist for a series A funded Women’s Wellness Clinic.
The role will be in rotational shifts as follows:

- 10.00 AM to 7.00PM
- 11.30 AM/12.00 PM to 8.30 PM/ 9.00PM with one rotational weekoff.

**Job Profile**:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients and visitors.
Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.

**Requirements**:
Any Graduate
2+ years of experience as a receptionist. Freshers may also apply.
Healthcare exposure preferred.
Languages: English & Hindi a must.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
