- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Experience hiring and training sous chef and other kitchen staff required
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

Any Chef with his team of helpers is welcomed.

**Salary**: ₹१२,०००.०० per month
