Position Overview:
Landmark Hospitality is currently hiring for a Conti/Indian/Italian/Chinese DCDP), Thed CDP will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of continental dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to the menu specifications and recipes.
- Take charge of a particular section within the kitchen, overseeing the preparation and delivery of food items.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other team members to develop new menu items and specials.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen area.
- Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain an adequate inventory.
- Follow and implement proper food safety procedures and practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef de Partie or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Must have excellent culinary skills, including food presentation and garnishing.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
