**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attendance handling.

2. Calling (Leave, Late, Rank list, Fee, Parents meeting, General call etc.) for each students and keep records.

3. Motivating / Interacting with students for their improvements in studies.

4. Exam invigilation( Mega test, Weekly, monthly & Retest).

5. Payroll preparation for each class.(Checking timings of faculties).

6. Topic updating, Exam Correction, New admission, Batch shifting/ Discontinue updating to representative groups.

7. Arranging Parents meeting with Directors (Mass meeting / Individual meeting)

8. Rank list analysis for upgrading the score of the students.

9. Daily report submission to the academic head.

10. Take care of sick students.

11. Coordinating the class in the absence of faculties.

12. Posting creative updates, live class links, Exam notifications etc. on student’s & Parents whatsapp groups.

13. Handling substitute duty.

14. Submitting Weekly Analysis Report to the PRO for video Presentations.

15. Prize distribution in the class along with the Directors.

16. Conducting retest for weak students.

17. Providing ID card, Library card, Books etc to the students.

18. Victory Day Duties/ Proud Parents Moments.

19. Checking the number of question paper before the exams.

20. Collect & Analyse academic record book (Topic wise) for each student.

21. Collecting fees from students and giving updates to accounts.

22. Participating in all programmes related to Rays activities(Both indoor & Outdoor).
