Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts.
- Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.
- Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy.
- Designing sketches for new products with a design team.
- Testing and deciding on fabrics, trims, colours, patterns, and textures for each design
- Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices, and managing the shoot.
- Creating production sketches for development packages.
- Creating cost sheets, order sheets, and product lists.
- Collaborating with technical designers to ensure development packages are accurate.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during the presentation.
- Adhering the multiple deadlines.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and portals.
- Communicating technical design information to the customer.
- Creating tech packs with detailed specifications.
- Developing CAD sketches to present to stakeholders.
- Overseeing the prototype sample process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
