**About EdutechEx Global**:
We are looking to hire an Career Advisor whose role is to call parents, students and Schools on a daily basis, understand their concerns/needs, pitch about EdutechEx services and products and arrange counseling sessions.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Arranging Counseling sessions between Sr. Counselors and Parents, students
- Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Researching about schools and curriculums.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings between parents, teachers and management.
- Excellent incentive opportunity.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in all streams preferably someone with excellent communication Skills.
- The ability to follow scripts and align according to customers requirements.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team Player and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an industrial environment is highly desirable.

**Location**: NUNGAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
