**Job Title**: Tool & Die Maker

**Location**: Moraiya Ahmedabad
**Department**: Tool Room
**Reports To**: Manager

**Salary**: 2.50 LPA To 4.20 LPA

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain **dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures** as per drawings/specifications.
- Operate **CNC, milling, lathe, grinding, and other machine tools** for tool/die making.
- Perform **troubleshooting, adjustments, and modifications** to improve tool & Die performance and reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models**.
- Ensure all dies and tools meet **quality standards and dimensional accuracy**.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the life of dies/tools.
- Support production teams in resolving **tool-related issues** during manufacturing.
- Maintain documentation of tool & Die history, modifications, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with **safety standards** in tool room operations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **tool & die making, machining processes, and materials**.
- Proficiency in operating **conventional and CNC machines**.
- Good understanding of **GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)**.
- Ability to work with **CAD/CAM software** (added advantage).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / NTTF / IGTR ( Fitter & Mechanical )**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in tool & die making
