**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform flair bartending tricks including juggling bottles, shakers, tins, and fire-based acts as part of guest entertainment.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a vibrant and memorable bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist in restocking and bar setup.
- Work closely with bar team and floor staff to ensure smooth operations and service.
- Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with current drink trends, flair techniques, and customer service practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a flair bartender or in a similar role in a high-energy bar or hospitality venue.
- Excellent flair skills, including bottle flipping, juggling, and fire tricks.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Energetic personality with a passion for entertaining.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in bartending or mixology.
- Fire performance safety training (if performing fire tricks).
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
