We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support our retail store operations with a blend of back-office expertise and strong digital marketing skills. This role is ideal for someone who can balance administrative tasks while actively promoting the business online to drive customer engagement and footfall. Key Responsibilities: ???? Back Office & Operations 1. Perform commission reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks 2. Manage phone inventory: tracking stock levels, ordering, and updating systems 3. Monitor employee attendance and working hours 4. Provide daily/weekly reports on store operations 5. Assist in smooth functioning of overall store activities ???? Digital Marketing & Promotions 1. Plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns 2. Manage and grow the store’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Business, etc. 3. Create engaging ads, videos, reels, and posts to attract new customers 4. Run paid campaigns and track performance metrics 5. Suggest and implement innovative ways to drive foot traffic and sales
