Sales Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastic industry.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining machinery features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical and business needs.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the injection molding industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Understand technical specifications of injection molding machinery and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team for any product modifications or troubleshooting.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and customer agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Basic understanding of plastic injection molding machinery and manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
