Skills required:
Ability to visually express concept development thoughts and design ideas through sketches

2D design expertise in events, visuals and marketing collaterals is a must

1+ years of relevant experience in events and 3D & 2D designing

Be professional with all the commonly used design software such as Corel DRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, 3D Max etc.

Sound understanding of visual communication, design tools and communication design

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

The work demands a creative flair and up-to-date knowledge of industry software’s

Must have proven creativity and graphic, collaterals and online/print portfolios

Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts

Excellent organization, communication skills and presentation skills

Prior experience in Event Management industry is a must. Portfolio copy is a must

**Responsibilities**:
To handle designs from ideation to execution for small/medium/large events individually

To translate client briefs into stunning visuals. Will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact.

Contribute as a team member in ideating, conceptualising and executing thought provoking/ award winning stuff.

To direct the design team to ensure that the creative’s are in line with the concept of the team

To understand, coordinate and communicate with Clients/Team Lead's, if there are any scope changes or new requirements.

Graphic skills, Texture and material knowledge of executing 2D on to various collaterals - Eg: Printing,

To provide design solutions and bring ideas to the table based on relevance, costs, feasibility, client understanding

Global awareness - Understanding how changes around the world are affecting customers and market

Stage Designing, Set Designing, Leaflets, Banner, Brochures, Catalogues, Logo, Standees, Posters, Collaterals, Signage’s,

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,228.56 - ₹39,498.57 per month
