**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design(Multimedia Content Design)**:

- Create interactive and visually appealing educational content using advanced AI and design tools.
- Develop infographics, animations, and multimedia presentations to simplify complex concepts in **VLSI** and **Electronics.**

**Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with educators and content creators to translate technical topics into learner-friendly visuals.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance the appeal and retention of educational materials.

**Brand and Aesthetic Consistency**:

- Ensure adherence to ChipEdge's brand guidelines across all content.
- Incorporate trending design techniques to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.

**Tool Proficiency and Innovation**:

- Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools like Articulate 360, Canva, Synthesia, Invideo, and others for high-quality outputs.
- Integrate multimedia content seamlessly with **Learning Management Systems (LMS).**

**Quality and Engagement**:

- Conduct quality checks to ensure polished, error-free deliverables.
- Optimize designs for enhanced learner engagement and interactive experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or education in **Electronics and VLSI** is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in multimedia content design, preferably in EdTech or e-learning.
- Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and advanced AI tools for content creation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and interactivity principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and 3D visualization in educational content.
- Familiarity with gamification techniques for e-learning.
- Knowledge of EdTech platforms and LMS integration.
