We are currently looking for a Full-time **Inside sales Executive **to join our growing team. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional Gujarati communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

**Must Have**:

- Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an **Inside sales Executive.**:

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- **Must be fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and service.
- Make 100 calls every day.
- Answer questions about products and services or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Handle objections and rejections in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
