Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage staff of all levels, handle disputes and maintain discipline.
- Production planning from pre-press to post press (dispatch)
- Raw materials management (Ink, chemicals, plates, etc.,)
- Approve the quality of printing and to ensure the same is being maintained throughout a job.
- Man power management. (Assigning work, performance evaluation and termination)
- Ensure cleanliness of the factory with the help of under working staff and team.
- Educate staff on quality of printing and various other platforms and also suggest equipment upgrades.
- Coordinate with maintenance team(out sourced) and make sure the problem is rectified as soon as possible.
- Create and maintain SOP (Standard of Procedure).
- Provide ideas for regular machine maintenance and ensure the same is being implemented.
- Calculate costings based on various factors.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
