**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with attentiveness and professionalism.

2. Conducting thorough reviews of customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues promptly.

4. Efficiently processing orders, computing charges, and managing payments.

5. Monitoring and assessing customer satisfaction levels to ensure optimal service delivery.

6. Referring complex customer issues to higher authorities as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2. Minimum qualification required: Graduation

3. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, encompassing both verbal and written forms.

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. Demonstrated proficiency in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.

6. Collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.

7. Comprehensive understanding of the company’s range of services.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kurukshetra, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
