- Efficiently handle billing and cash management processes within the showroom.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing gold jewellery items, offering product knowledge and recommendations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, prices, and market demands to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, pricing, and security protocols.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of gold jewellery and its characteristics.
