We are currently seeking a Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up CNC press brake machines according to job specifications, including tooling selection and machine settings.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
- Need to possess a suitable level of CAD skills
- Program CNC press brake machines using appropriate software and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
- Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal materials to precise measurements.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying any defects or discrepancies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC press brake machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production times, and machine maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining or related field preferred.
- Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Ability to program CNC press brake machines and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
