**Position Overview**

To succeed in this role, the incumbent will continuously strive to self-develop and enhance their skill sets including understanding the Company’s products and services, blockchain technology, virtual currencies, and regulatory requirements around the globe. You will have a focus around being able to translate regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions into clear and manageable deliverables in the context of seeking regulatory authorisation and obtaining licensure from regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for managing relationships and communications between various stakeholders both internal and external to the business, across different countries. You will have the opportunity to work alongside project managers and members of the wider team to execute on licensing initiatives in different parts of the globe. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring deadlines are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Maintain Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing conditions by monitoring changes in regulations and updating licenses as required.
- ** Liaise with Regulators**: Serve as the main point of contact between the organization and regulatory authorities, facilitating communication and responding to queries related to licensing matters.
- ** Document Management**: Organize and maintain comprehensive records of all regulatory licenses, filings, and communications to ensure full traceability and accessibility during audits or inspections.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical and research skills.
- Keen understanding or appetite to learn more about the crypto industry and available products.
- Experience in a consulting capacity in the field of regulations, legal, or compliance.
- Native English speaker, or a major in languages or similar studies. Excellent written communication skills are essential.
- Team Player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and within a small team setting.
- Exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally, with a range of stakeholders and all levels.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous professional experience (ideally minimum of 3 years) in regulatory advisory, compliance, policy or legal in the financial services industry (for example, within a financial institution or consulting firm providing such services).
- A strong understanding of the Company’s platform and products and services is required.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency / blockchain space is a plus.
- Project management qualification is a plus, but not essential.
