**Role Overview**:
As an **Admission Counselor**, you will play a critical role in helping students pursue their dream of studying abroad. You will act as the first point of contact for leads, introducing them to GyanDhan's Admission Marketplace and its benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to profile the students, understand their goals, and connect them with the most suitable admission consultants. This role is integral to building trust and ensuring the best outcomes for students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Engagement**:

- Initiate and handle calls with prospective students who have shown interest in GyanDhan’s admission services.
- Use tailored opening pitches based on the lead source (e.g., website visits, events, loan inquiries).
- Educate leads about the benefits of GyanDhan’s Admission Marketplace.

**Profiling and Consultation**:

- Conduct a detailed profiling session to understand students’ academic backgrounds, preferences, and study-abroad aspirations.
- Ask specific questions about their target intake, country, course, academics, work experience, and test scores.
- Map students to the most suitable admission consultant using GyanDhan’s profiling system.

**Follow-ups**:

- Follow up with students to ensure they attend their sessions with consultants.
- Collect feedback from students after their counseling sessions and address concerns, if any.
- Reschedule missed sessions and offer alternatives based on feedback.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport with students by understanding their aspirations and providing tailored guidance.
- Communicate the unique value GyanDhan offers, emphasizing the personalized and free-of-charge nature of the service.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with admission consultants to track lead status and outcomes.
- Provide clear notes and updates in the system to ensure seamless transitions and follow-ups.

- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build trust and convey value clearly.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage with students empathetically and understand their unique needs.
- **Problem Solving**: Adept at handling objections, addressing feedback, and offering alternatives.
- **Organizational Skills**: Efficient in managing multiple leads, following up, and updating CRM systems.
- **Knowledge of Study Abroad Processes**: Familiarity with admission counseling, university shortlisting, test preparation, visa assistance, and study-abroad financing.
- **Sales Acumen**: Persuasive abilities to explain GyanDhan’s services and encourage students to take the next steps.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A background in counseling, education, or related fields is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in education consulting or counseling.
- Familiarity with study-abroad programs, university admissions, or related fields is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
