Job Title: MIS Developer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated MIS Developer to join our team. As an MIS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) that support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand MIS requirements.

Write efficient code and queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the MIS systems.
- Create and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for management and operational teams.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and integrity of the MIS systems.
- Identify and resolve issues in MIS systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Optimize MIS performance by fine-tuning queries and improving data processing workflows.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a MIS Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with database design, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex MIS systems.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new tools as needed.

- Should have done any form of development for any firm or business.

Salary
- Open to discussion

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
