Our collections include re-editions of modernist classics, as well as contemporary objects created in collaboration with acclaimed furniture and têxtile designers. - **Job Description**_

We are looking for a hands-on ‘storyteller’ with visual design & communication skills along with a broad awareness and interest in design and craft. The person hired for this role will work closely with the founders to document and disseminate knowledge about our craft processes, innovation, design and products via multiple platforms.
- **Specific Role and responsibilities**:_
- Capturing craft, R&D and design practices in our workshop in the form of images, videos and descriptive text.
- Creating press kits and communication material for new products, design collaborations, events, etc.
- Website content management and updation, including the PH Journal.
- Coordinating with external graphic designers, writers, photographers and videographers for commissioning and developing content.
- Organising and managing our content archive.
- Handling content requests from media publications.

These are the ideal qualities and experiences we are looking for
- Two to five years work experience in a field related to design or communications.
- Graphic Design skills with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editors and related tools.
- Creative thinker with a visual sensibility that matches Phantom Hands’ brand tone.
- Reasonably good photography skills.
- Knowledge of social media best practices, especially Instagram.
- Good written communication skills.
- Interest in furniture, design, design history, craft and architecture.
- Extreme and ridiculous level of attention to detail.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The work location will be our factory in Abbigere (near Jalahalli), Bangalore North.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
