Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing:
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and property listings.

Develop engaging content for social media, blog posts, and newsletters.

Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across all marketing channels.

Ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Events and Promotions:
Plan and execute marketing events, open houses, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
