**Project Coordinator (Civil)**

**Salary**: ₹90,000 - ₹1.2 lakh per month
**Education**: BE (Civil)
**Experience**: 10 to 15 years in construction project management (industrial & commercial projects mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning & Execution**:

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

**Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders to avoid delays and misunderstandings.

**Site Management & Supervision**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks and technical challenges.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.

**Budget & Cost Control**:

- Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
- Approve material procurement, resource allocation, and vendor contracts.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and compliance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on milestones, risks, and corrective actions.

**Experience: 10-15 years in construction project management, specifically in industrial and commercial projects**.
**Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contract management, and compliance.
**Software Proficiency**: MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
