Furniture Assembly Supervisior

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the assembly of furniture products on site, ensuring that all products are assembled correctly and efficiently
- Train and mentor assembly technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition and are available when needed
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on the status of their furniture assembly projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the product during assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in furniture assembly or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing and supervising a team
- Experience working with a variety of furniture products and materials
