**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Location**: Wagholi, Pune

**Qualification**:12th Pass or Graduate (bachelor’s degree Preferred)

**Experience**: 1-4 years in Tele-calling/Telesales/Sales Coordination

**Compensation**: ₹1.70 - ₹2.00 Lakhs per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Lead generation through calls, references, and online platforms
- Close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with the pricing team and sales executives to convert inquiries into orders
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to create new business opportunities

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer handling.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM Software, WhatsApp, and other mobile tools.
- Target-oriented with excellent convincing and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales, packaging industry, and industrial sales (preferred)
- Good listening skills and patience while dealing with customers
