**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies aligned with business goals, targeting the right audience to maximize conversions.
- **Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and YouTube networks to achieve desired KPIs.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure high relevance and low cost-per-click (CPC) in campaigns.
- **Ad Creation & Copywriting**: Write compelling ad copy and design creatives that align with the brand message and resonate with the target audience.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.
- **Bid Management**: Monitor and adjust bids for optimal performance, ensuring the best possible ad placements within the allocated budget.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our campaigns are competitive and innovative.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to align Google Ads strategies with broader marketing goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all ads comply with Google Ads policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 1 year).
- Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Google Ads interface.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
