About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update marketing and sales data using MS Excel (must have strong working knowledge).
- Create eye-catching social media posts and creatives using Canva.
- Leverage AI tools and write effective prompts to assist with content generation, design, and task automation.
- Coordinate and track marketing campaigns and operational tasks.
- Support the team in market research, reporting, and database management.
- Assist in day-to-day social media operations, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth execution of projects and campaigns.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data management).
- Working knowledge of Canva for social media content and graphic designing.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and prompt writing (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A knack for content creation and basic graphic editing.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or operations (freshers with the right skills can also apply).
- Prior experience in using task management tools and basic marketing platforms is a plus.
