**Job Description and Qualifications**
- This position is accountable for the following end results:
- ** Vendor Management - **Local SPOC for all coordinations of vendor onboarding, new contracts, AMCs, contract reneuals and coordination in consulation of manager.
- ** Admin Invoice Management-** Checking & processing all correct invoices & tracking timely payments for all vendors.
- ** Asset Management-** Listing all office assets, tagging, tracking & generating required reports periodically.
- ** Stock Management**:

- Managing all consumables, spares stock & Responsible for timely & efficiently procurements at Vadodara office. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to annual budget.
- ** MIS Reporting
- **Managing all reports & publishing MIS on periodic basis, working on efficient cost management, exploring & suggesting cost saving opportunities.
- Responsible for daily inspection of meeting room setup and any irregularities in Conference room & Board room.
- Internet lease line, PRI line, MPLS line, mobile bills invoice submission, international roaming activation and co-ordination with vendors.
- **_General Administration Support_** - Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, Infrastructure support, Event Management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in working for Facility management, Admin profile having exposure in MIS preparion & Data Management.
- Commerce Graduate/BBA/MBA with inclination/understanding of Digital, IT system.
- Previous experience working with confidential and sensitive information required. Upholds the highest ethical standards.
- Discrete and professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail. Drives responsibilities through to their completion. Removes obstacles and eliminates non-value-added work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- specially in Excel & Powerpoint.
- Energetic, high-energy, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with peers, colleagues, and management.
- Highly motivated, results and solutions oriented. Continuous learner.
