**Job Title**: IT (System Administrator)
**Location**: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (as per experience & interview)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years

**About Us**:
The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing organization committed to delivering high-quality wellness and lifestyle products. We are looking for a dedicated **System Administrator (IT)** to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations and system management across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, hardware, and network devices.
- Monitor and manage servers, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Manage data backup, storage, and recovery processes.
- Ensure IT security and protect systems against viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.
- Provide technical support to employees (on-site and remote) and resolve IT-related queries.
- Maintain IT documentation including inventory, configurations, and licenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Ensure timely updates, patches, and upgrades of systems and software.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in IT / System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows/Linux operating systems**, networking, and system security.
- Hands-on experience with **LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls**.
- Familiarity with **cloud services** (AWS/Google Workspace/MS 365) will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, or related field**.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, etc.) will be a plus.
