Rc Process Risk

A member of the Project Management Office with overall responsibility for the execution of the project management processes, systems, team and successful completion of the portfolio of projects. They are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the projects ensuring the Project Owner’s desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied, and client’s expectations are exceeded.
- Develop an understanding of the RSM US Risk Consulting service offerings, methodologies, and tools
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Demonstrate effective time management: Commits time and effort. Willing to put in the extra time at night and on weekends when needed to ensure goals are met.

- Works closely with the client and RSM team to make sure we meet or exceed client expectations on each engagement and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Exercise professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements
- Ensure that documentation is compliant with the quality standards of the firm
- Work collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. on a daily basis
- Bachelor or master's degree with a minimum of 4+ years of previous Project Management, PMO, and/or consulting leadership preferred
- Proven working experience in project management in risk consulting, and different types of audits engagements
- Demonstrated success running medium to large complex projects
- Demonstrated success executing a PMO strategy
- Demonstrated success in project planning and delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Demonstrated success leading project teams internally and externally
- Demonstrated success using enterprise project management software, project planning tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Microsoft office products
- Proficiency in using tools like data visualization & quality tools
- Demonstrated planning & forecasting experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certifications a plus
- Experience successfully performing the roles and responsibilities described above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients
