Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Manage Front Desk Operations: Answer phone calls,.
3. Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
4. Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
5. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, phone calls, and other relevant information.
6. Maintain Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery, printer paper, and other essentials.
7. Collaborate with Team Members: Provide support to other departments, including HR, marketing, and sales.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Personal Qualities:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Professional and courteous attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
