**Roles of a Sales Executive**
- Act as the key link between the company and customers.
- Promote and sell products or services to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
- Support the sales manager in achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities of a Sales Executive**
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
- **Team & Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy sessions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
