We at CityNeeds are seeking Field Executive to join our dynamic team and handhold the industries for ZED (Zero Effect Zero Defect) Certification.

As a Field Executive, you will be responsible to visit the Industry and complete the Registration Process of **ZED Certification**. You will explain the benefits of ZED Certification to MSME and also help them in explaining the process of availing the maximum benefits being offered by Central and State Government.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit Industry and provide hand holding support.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up customers, update status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and mitigate potential challenges.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with own conveyance
- Age: Upto 35 Years
- Can Travel across area allocated
- Self-motivated and results-oriented to work independently and as part of a team

**Pay**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Graduate
- 12th with diploma 2 years

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
