**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with HRs and recruiters from pharma, clinical research, and healthcare companies to explore job and internship opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with hiring partners and industry professionals
- Schedule interviews and act as a point of contact between students and employers
- Provide resume reviews, interview preparation, and career counseling to students
- Organize job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer interaction sessions
- Maintain placement records and student tracking reports
- Ensure end-to-end support from first contact to final placement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or a similar role
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of hiring processes and career services
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet placement targets
- Must have a personal laptop and mobile phone
- Immediate joiners are preferred

**Salary**:
As per industry standards (based on experience and performance)
